Hotel Reservations

We currently have a room reserved for you Sunday through Tuesday nights at Rosewood Bermuda. Should you decide to enjoy your stay a little longer, the resort has extended a negotiated rate of $975.00/night for the 3 nights before and after the event dates. If you will be extending your stay, Schneider will secure the additional nights for you based on your travel itinerary. Please note that all room charges prior to Sunday at 4:00pm check in time or after checkout on Wednesday at 11:00am will be your responsibility.

Transportation

You will need to fly to the event, so we will work with you to book the best available travel plans and arrange your private ground transportation to and from the resort accordingly.

To move forward with booking your flights, please share with us the following information for you and your significant other if they will be in attendance. Be assured that you will review the options and no travel arrangements will be booked without your approval. If you prefer for us to request this information from someone else on your behalf, please provide that person’s name and contact information, and we will work with them directly.
